Allison Krongard's first WallCandy® client was a three-year-old named Max. Her career at Knoll International had given her a keen eye for design, so friends (including Max's mom) often sought her decor advice. As it turned out Max was one tough customer. Just as soon as Allison had pulled together the inspiration, swatches, and paint chips to suit his dinosaur obsession, he'd kindly inform her that he had moved onto spaceships. This gave Allison a Big Idea: if kids' imaginations grow as fast as their bodies, why not create a decor element that's easy to change and easy to apply? Thus WallCandy Arts was born.
Allison's children, Lilly and Brandon, followed a few years later, and since then, her life has been full of design inspiration - and prototypes! Just about every room in the house serves as WallCandy testing ground.
WallCandy Arts is the manufacturer and distributor of the product WallCandy, which is reusable wall stickers and wall art. WallCandy is the most innovative way to decorate nurseries, kids' rooms, play rooms, and rooms for teens and adults. Create a unique atmosphere, enhance any living space and do so with the ease of a peel and stick application.
